TRADE STREET COMMONS

4,000 SF | Amity, OR | 2017

Trade Street Commons

Trade Street Commons sees the value in preserving history. Located in the historical Independent Order of Odd Fellows (IOOF) building, originally built in the late 19th century, Trade Street Commons is a destination to come and experience an array of small local businesses.

The building has been fully renovated while maintaining the majority of the original architecture. The interior is reflective of the avant-garde approach to preservation through the reuse and reclamation of natural materials in a charismatic manner. There are several commercial retail businesses on the street level with apartments and a commercial office space above.

It is a place to be celebrated, as it’s a facilitator of the local community, honoring Amity’s past and future. Come eat, drink, shop, live and/or work at Trade Street Commons!
