Originally designed and built in the early 1980’s, Skyline Tower is located in the heart of Seattle’s Bellevue CBD sub-market. Kilroy purchased the 24-story Class A office building with great visions of redeveloping. Kilroy hired Gensler to design and transform the exterior plaza and ground levels to encourage a new life for the building. While at Gensler, I was a key player in the overall programmatic requirements, design and execution of this project. Once proper documentation was completed, the project was handed off to our Seattle office to see it through construction administration.
Project scope includes upgrades to the building’s amenities, including; lobby with new seating and collaborative meeting spaces, upgraded retail storefronts, new state-of-the-art fitness center with locker rooms, exterior plaza and the on-site building management office.
