Located on the boundary of the Financial District and South of Market Area in San Francisco, the Transbay Marketing Suite has been designed to accommodate the Project Development Office and Marketing Center that serves the Transbay Tower. The marketing team hired Gensler to create a space that would reflect the interiors of the new building, to provide an integral sensation of what the future tower would represent. 

The 5,000 SF tenant improvement overlooks the construction site of the Transbay Tower. With proximity and views towards the site, this space enables a time-lapse of the development and construction of the Transbay Tower.

The Project Development Office is comprised of 5 private offices, 4 workstations, conference room and pantry/copy space.
