Approx. 345,000 SF will be fully renovated to house +/-900 employees at move-in and up to 1,200 in the future. The scope includes labs, work space, meeting rooms, staff cafes, restrooms, updated elevator lobbies and main building entrance lobby, “Dolby Experience” at the ground floor, updated stairways, new interconnecting stairs and updated balconies.
