Improvements include; added roof deck, new landscape, new lobby, bike storage room, shower rooms, and building management office. I was a key player on the design and construction of the building management office, exit stair refresh, 7th floor elevator lobby, 7th floor restrooms and the roof deck.
Kilroy Realty is devoted to reviving commercial buildings along the West Coast. Kilroy acquired 360 Third Street with the vision of redeveloping in order to encourage a new life for building. Kilroy hired Gensler to redesign some key areas while remaining economically sound. Kilroy’s 360 Third Street project is comprised of a series of building renovations and upgrades.
